Oregon Safe Sleep

A website for providers and caregivers to learn more about safer sleep for infants

The Oregon Safe Sleep Coalition

The coalition was created to help educate parents, caregivers, and child care providers about ways to reduce the risk for Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) and other sleep-related causes of infant death. Working closely with community partners, the coalition developed evidence-based, tested outreach materials for African American and American Indian/Alaskan Native communities, both of which face higher rates of sleep-related death.
